Take Hwy 401 to Hwy 400 north to Barrie. Stay on the 400 North to Hwy 93 to Hwy 12. At the intersection of Hwy 93 & 12 - straight on Hwy 93 leads to Midland & Penetanguishene, right on Hwy 12 leads to Tay Township (Port McNicoll, Victoria Harbour & Waubaushene). The next intersection on Hwy 93 left leads to Tiny Township (Balm Beach, Perkinsfield & Lafontaine).

From Parry Sound (the North)
Take Hwy 400 south to Hwy 12. Right on Hwy 12. On Hwy 12 you'll pass the towns of Waubaushene, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll (Tay Township) & Midland. Through Midland on Hwy 12 to Hwy 93. Right on Hwy 93 leads to Penetanguishene. Next intersection on Hwy 93 left leads to Tiny Township (Balm Beach, Perkinsfield & Lafontaine).

From Orillia (the East)
Take Hwy 12 west past the Hwy 400 overpass. On Hwy 12 you'll pass the towns of Waubaushene, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll (Tay Township) & Midland. Through Midland on Hwy 12 to Hwy 93. Right on Hwy 93 leads to Penetanguishene. Next intersection on Hwy 93 left leads to Tiny Township (Balm Beach, Perkinsfield & Lafontaine).
