Travel by water taxi or private vessel to the 59 islands comprising Georgian Bay Islands National Park. With 11 hiking trails (two suitable for mountain biking) on the main island of Beausoleil, opportunities abound for bird watching, heritage education programs or simply cozying up around a campfire. A number of private campgrounds offer everything from scenic waterfalls to private pools and endless activities.

There's Smith's Trailer Park and Camp, uniquely situated in the heart of Midland offering tranquility along with close proximity to area attractions. The riverside sites of Bell Falls in Waubaushene offer housekeeping cottages alongside terrific tent and trailer sites.

Bayfort Camp's waterfront location just outside town makes it perfect for peaceful days on the beach or taking advantage of all the activities offered.

Bring the family, bring your friends to Picnic Island Resort in Honey Harbour where the fishing is fabulous or you can rent a boat or canoe to explore the area, your paddle silently slicing the still waters.

At Lafontaine Resort Park it's a fun and affordable family getaway with playgrounds, pool, sauna, whirlpool and a host of activities. Campers can enjoy the convenience of fully serviced sites or get back to nature in Beausoleil's more remote sites.
